By Purchasing a pass to the Sharpen Up Summit Recruiting Events All Adult Participants and Parents of Minor Participants Agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:
Cancellation by SUDTT: Sharpen Up Dance Team Training (Sharpen Up) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Sharpen Up cancels an event, registrants will be offered a refund. Refunds will be issued on the same platform that was used for payment (Stripe).
If Sharpen Up reschedules an event, ticket value will be transferred to the new event.
Cancellation by Participant: The following refund policy will apply regardless of family emergencies, injuries, illness, airline delays/cancellations, as well as conflicting life events. No exceptions.
Refundable Ticket (Pre-Purchase with registration Only) – Phoenix Event Only
Refundable Tickets cannot be purchased after initial event ticket purchase.
Beginning July 1st, 2024, no refunds will be issued regardless of ticket purchased.
After submitting your refund request via email to info@sharpenupdtt.com on or before June 30th, 2024, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days to process your refund request.
Non-Refundable Ticket – All Events
Refundable Tickets cannot be purchased after initial event purchase. All sales are non-refundable, and non-transferrable to other individuals as well as future Sharpen Up events. Observer passes are non-refundable.
Group Ticket Sales – when applicable
All sales are non-refundable, and non-transferrable to other individuals as well as future Sharpen Up events.
